CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens—but please respect your stylist’s time by giving adequate notice for changes. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. If a recurring problem you may be required to prepay future appointments.
